Definitely not worth bragging about, but new to me.  I asked for a desk name plate on the forum and Roly came up with this pattern.  Thanks Roly.  I used Poplar.  It measures 3/4" x 1 3/4" x 10 1/2".  Comments welcome.

Denny is that the one i cut for you? lol Just kidding Looks like you fit my shoes now ,good going ,Very well done !

Denny, that's definitely a piece to brag on, it looks fantastic. You did a superb job of cutting all of the letters, and the bottom frame is straight and true. That's where you can tell what kind of skill a person, cutting straight lines can be a true test to ones ability.

That looks terrific.  You made it look easy Denny even though I know it wasn't, it just shows how well you know your saw and your blades to cut a straight even line like that.  Brag away my friend you deserve it.

Well done, what a great idea to help get the letters that drop below the line in on a cutting.  Looks super kindly brag away on it, you did a great job on it.  Also great pattern by Rolly.  Do you know the font that was used?

Andrew that was done deliberately to support the letters and make them all touch. I see what you mean in my experience when letters are separated apart they tend to snap if you drop it, unless it's really thick. Each to his own I have done tons of patterns letters separate and people bring them back saying can you fix this after me saying they are fragile beware. haa haa. :lol:Roly
