Fab4 Paul made me 3 name patterns about 3 or 4 weeks ago, I emailed them off to my customer and guess what, you have it, still waiting for a reply.  Why do people do this?  Glad I have other things to do and am not waiting around. :curse: :curse: :curse:

I got burn like that once.  Sent the pattern to the customer and no response.  Then 4 weeks late they ask "are they done yet?"   Grrrrr.

I think a lot of us has gone through that. You live up to your end and they just disappear or what ever. I have even gone through getting the reply to the design and approval to cut it. Created the piece and then they disappear leaving you with a finished product and no way to utilize it. We started a 50% down to cover the costs of the material and make sure they are serious before cutting it. I just don't understand why people do this. I do agree with a second e mail to see if you get a response.

lol .I've been paying the ware house rent since april.Nobody ever said there was tax on the rent .Now today i find out i owe over $100..I'm devastated to pay this .I have to live on $3.60 a day after my bills are payed.Yes communication is key.

Hang in there Marg, hopefully they will get back to you. Did you send them a copy of the pattern, would they be the type to try to get someone else to cut it out for them?

Well believe it or not she turned up on my doorstep today, perhaps I should have complained sooner.    After sending her 2 emails she said that she hadn't received either of them,   so i told her what address I had and yes it was correct, so I sent her a test message while she was here and guess what?  That's right she received it.      Anyway Paul you will be happy to know that she loved the patterns and she wants them for Christmas, so no rush.     Thanks for listening guys.
