JTTHECLOCKMAN Posted December 22, 2018 Report Posted December 22, 2018 OK I am looking for some more help with another IAP pattern. I hope I can explain this well I am showing my logo for the use of the fountain pen on the bottom to be used in the pattern. I would like the same oval but half oval as the patch minus all the interior but want the letters IAP in some scrollable fancier script as if it was being written by the pen with the ink running off the last letter to the tip of the pen that is underneath the lettering. All within a half oval. just straighten out the bottom section and make a half oval so I can mount on a base. Hope this makes sense. Then one last thing to complete this is an image of a fountain pen nibhttp://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=J%2bqre7eu&id=387515E92884E2B267C8C0EBB4EBEC38E21E141E&thid=OIP.J-qre7eu3-eCdmKVd1U8ZwHaHa&mediaurl=https%3a%2f%2fcdn.tutsplus.com Thank you. JimErn Posted December 23, 2018 Report Posted December 23, 2018 approx size horizontally, vertically? The capital letter P in script does not have a trailing stroke to wander off to a pen nib below it you want the pen from your logo, and the pen nib in the link, or both , or??? Quote
worbler Posted December 23, 2018 Report Posted December 23, 2018 Hopefully this is the right font. From your description of what you wanted this is what I came up with. JTTHECLOCKMAN and frankorona 2 Quote
JTTHECLOCKMAN Posted December 23, 2018 Author Report Posted December 23, 2018 Tim that came out real well. I am thinking that is a scrollable font and also a little fancy. Should work nice with a blue background. Is it also possible to make the nib full size by itself in a scrollable fashion as a stand alone??? I will be cutting the outside shape for a stand alone so include the full diamond and other cuts inside too. Man if I win I am going to have to give credit for my designers. Thank you sir. Quote

I can work with both these patterns now. Boy I wish I can do this but with the talented pattern makers here that are so willing to share makes life so much easier. Thanks again. Man that was quick too. I now have plenty of time to get this done. Edited December 23, 2018 by JTTHECLOCKMAN Quote
