JTTHECLOCKMAN Posted January 30, 2019 Report Posted January 30, 2019 Love the look on this project. Would you be willing to give us some more detail on the making of this?? What wood is used for the center and how you were able to line up the pattern of the grain that well?? Also where is the cut in line?? You did a great job hiding it. don watson, Scrappile and OCtoolguy 3 Quote

Then arranged in layers layers are glued into a block. The entrance wound is in the lower left. I have made 3 of these. The other two used walnut. They also all have secret compartments but nobody has ever figured out how to open it. the 3 boxes cost me a $20 blade. The plywood and all that glue really does ia number on the blade. oldhudson, don watson, OCtoolguy and 1 other 4 Quote

Thanks for the explanation and that is a pretty clever idea with stacking the plywood. It came out well. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
