Dan Posted December 4, 2020 Report Posted December 4, 2020 Mark, check this out. Travis just posted this. Instead of a name you can enter 2020. There is a charge for the download but it is for a good cause...it keeps this site up and running. Quote
Dan Posted December 4, 2020 Report Posted December 4, 2020 Here are some that I last made in 2015. They were a big hit at craft shows. I updated the year. I cut them from 1/8" hardwoods, stack in 4 at a time. Wood glue holds them together well. 2020 Sleds.pdf ChelCass, amazingkevin, Fab4 and 1 other 3 1 Quote

Not sure I will get any made this year but I like them so may get them made “some day.” Quote

I use to do the year on one runner and the name on the other. Names were limited to 5 characters. Fab4 and meflick 2 Quote
jhwj Posted December 10, 2020 Report Posted December 10, 2020 Do you use Inkscape to make your patterns? Just starting to think about retirement and want to make ornaments. If so, is there any tutorials that go step by step on how to make ornaments? For example, how Travis made the ornament kits. I bought both of them. Quote
Dan Posted December 10, 2020 Report Posted December 10, 2020 I use Inkscape. If you go through Travis' tutorial on Inkscape and you should be able to create some ornaments. There's a Lear ING curve but it's easy to overcome. I thing Inkscape had some changes since the tutorials were written. Good luck. 20 hours ago, jhwj said: Do you use Inkscape to make your patterns?
