I'll just have the coffee today if you don't mind Roly. I had a couple of nights in hospital again. Then at the beginning of the week I had the flu jab and now I feel like I've been kicked around the room, runny nose, headache and bunged up ears and no appetite. I always thought the flu jab was to prevent us old farts getting Flu. Now I'm convinced the jab is meant to GIVE us FLU. Maybe it's so they don't have to pay out our pension.     Take care Roly.

Rob believe it or now that jab does give you a mild bit of flu to enable you to fight it ,well so I was told anyway, it's only for old farts that's why I don't have it. Haa Haa

Hope you get well soon, rub some Vick on your chest. ;) Roly

Bob it was a standard sheet size 2440x1220x5.5mm with vat £18 or in English 8x4x1/4" really pleased with it the grain is beautiful and it was like going into a sweet shop loads of all different sizes and all kinds of wood. Never been there before but I'm now thinking of lining the whole of my workshop now with some kind of board and give it a revamp. Roly

You've been a VERY good boy Bob, keep it up. My INR was 1.4 in hospital and now it's up to 2.8 and the cardiologist is delighted, as am I. The INR is International Normalised Ratio, which has to do with the way the Warfarin works. The higher the number the better. Just in case you wondered, Bob.  . Thank you for asking. Take care Bob and keep up the good work.
