Roly Good day to you Roly. After the trip in the van with the square wheels the other night, I was released from the FUNNY FARM early this morning, And listen to THIS, they gave me a CERTIFICATE pronouncing I'm SANE. Not may folks up here have got one of those, in fact I might be the only one. . Just as well they let me out, as I had to go over to Moscow early this morning to assist my mate to cut a pile of 8 X 4 x 1/2 inch ply, 15 of them to be exact, on the table saw, which I had to transport in his pick up. After cutting that lot up the feeling has just returned to my arms. He is lining out his workshop and I am a bright shade of green with envy. He'll be getting a few visits from me I can assure you. Hope your varnish has dried to your satisfaction. Have a good day Roly. Rob Roy. P.S. How is the wee Princess coming along??? wombatie Posted November 24, 2014 Report Posted November 24, 2014 Hi all, thanks Steve. Just a Chai Latte thank you. Well its been an awful day here today. We had a glorious weekend but it certainly came crashing down today. Thunder, lightening, heavy rains. Horrible. Got all of my orders finished cutting on Friday. Got the finishing on them over the weekend, thought great I can spend the day in the garden, weather put paid to that, OK I will clean out my wardrobe, gets a phone call at 9.00am with another order for 15 Christmas ornaments, so back into the garage I went. Best year I have had for a very long time for orders. Guess the wardrobe can wait for another 12 months. :) Stay safe everyone. Marg bobscroll and Phantom Scroller 2 Quote
Jumpjet1127 Posted November 24, 2014 Report Posted November 24, 2014 Morning Steve , I will have every thing you got , with a cuppa tea, nice and strong , brrrrr. It's cold out there we have had a frost and the roofs are white as snow. Good to see you all I am back in the SSV and having strip lighting put in the cabin today so will be finishing off my sculpted band saw box. Cutting the draws and sanding. I found a supplier of English Lime/Linden/Basswood and have an American Jack knife I want to carve a Welsh lovespoon using the scroll saw for the handle ii haven't completely abandoned the scroll saw I just like to be a jack of all trades , and master of drawing. Any way that is enough of my chat I must have breakfast and warm up. Linda. Phantom Scroller, bobscroll and wombatie 3 Quote
