Also Kevin I've bought a Blood pressure monitor of my own so I can tell what is happening in between visit's to the Doctor's, It is a recommended one, I hope you get it sorted soon Kevin, Wish you well, Bob amazingkevin 1 Quote
Scrappile Posted March 26, 2015 Report Posted March 26, 2015 Hope it gets sorted out. I have a monitor also and I am normally fine except when I go to a doctors office. Then it jumps up. It must be a "white Coat" syndrome. amazingkevin, bobscroll and Scrolling Steve 3 Quote
LarryEA Posted March 26, 2015 Report Posted March 26, 2015 Exercise lowers blood pressure, regretfully, scrolling doesn't meet the standard for exercise. Calcium lowers blood pressure and men need calcium also. If you don't supply enough the body takes it from the bones. Laughter lowers blood pressure... watch Johnny Carson more often bobscroll and amazingkevin 2 Quote
