For the nasturtium omelette: Serves 1 50g/2 oz tender runner beans 2 eggs 30ml/2 tablespoons milk 2 nasturtium seeds 2 young nasturtium leaves 4 nasturtiums, petals only Freshly ground salt and black pepper, to taste 15ml/1 tablespoon butter Parmesan cheese, grated, to taste . wombatie Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 My F I L used to eat them all the time, my M I L used to yell at him and tell him that he would be sick, he lived to the ripe old age of 93, so I guess he showed her. Marg Phantom Scroller 1 Quote
