joleet Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 I have been able to delete Inkscape files in my XP Windows, however, now that I have Windows 7, I don't know how (not a computer guru). OR can you just delete Inkscape files while you are in Inkscape? Ron T. Quote
Travis Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 I'm not very familiar with Windows 7. But if you go to the folder where you saved your Inkscape files, you should be able to select them and hit delete. As far as deleting while in Inkscape, if you have that file open, it probably won't let you delete it. However, if you're in Inkscape, go to File>Open, then browse to where your Inkscape files are. Select the file you want to delete, then hit the delete key on your keyboard. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. I think it depends on the program. Its kinda a backwards way of doing it.
