I'm looking for help again. A very good friend is retiring at then end of this year after 33 years at one company, Universal Avionics, at the age of 75. He is well liked and respected in our industry. Possibly with the TEXT "Happy Retirement, TOM" The original was 200 x 200 and my wife Photo Shopped the background out and bumped it up to 500 x 500.

Bernd, Increasing the size of the picture does not help! the picture is way to small to get any decent pattern but I shall give it a shot

well as I am learning and this one is real difficult due to picture size i thought yea why not have a go too lol I mean it is only my 3rd pattern so far why not I thought its all practice and blimey that picture size really does make a difference so glad I did give it a go learnt a lot trying this one but here is my effort for what its worth
