diskmark Posted June 11, 2018 Report Posted June 11, 2018 Hi I want to cut 23 gauge cold rolled steel, and need some blade recommendations. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using a Dewalt DW788 Quote
spirithorse Posted June 12, 2018 Report Posted June 12, 2018 Sloans woodshop advertises Olsen blades for cutting metal and say they are the ONLY blade made for that purpose. That being said, Pegas brand blades also have metal cutting blades but, their page says recommended use is aluminum brass and copper. Here are links to both sites that I got the info from but, you can probably find lots more info on other sites also. No mention of gauge thickness of metal being cut. http://www.sloanwoodshop.com/scroll_saw_blades.htm http://www.dndsawbladesonline.com/page/79820204 God Bless! Spirithorse Quote
