I keep bouncing back between Scroll saw projects and boxes. Had some Bubinga and Oak and thought I give it another try. Got the joint box down pat. The top on the last box fell together, not so much this one. Screwed the 1st one up. $$$! tried again with some test Poplar and got it right this time and kept it as a demo piece for future projects. Made a template for the inlay and used the  1/8" inlay guide and it went quick. 1/2 in thickness and 7" square, shellac/lacquer finish. Back to scrolling this time.
