Travis Posted April 10, 2019 Report Posted April 10, 2019 Howdy all. Just a reminder: Please do not share patterns you didn't specifically design yourself. Pattern designers go through a lot of work to make their patterns available for the rest of us to cut. As a matter of respect, we want to honor their right to control where and how their patterns are distributed. We also want them to receive appropriate credit for their work. Even if the pattern is free, doesn't mean the pattern designer isn't earning income off their designs. Feel free to link to a website where the requester can download the pattern themselves (please link to the website, not directly to the pattern). Thanks all! John B 1 Quote
Foxfold Posted April 10, 2019 Report Posted April 10, 2019 @Travis Oooh, I think I did that for a Charles Dearing pattern, so sorry, I didn't think I was out of order. Because it was a 'free' download I thought it was ok to tell people about it. My apologies if I broke any rules. Brenda x John B 1 Quote
Travis Posted April 10, 2019 Author Report Posted April 10, 2019 @Foxfold I think you did it right if it's the same one I'm thinking of (https://www.scrollsawvillage.com/forums/topic/33260-charles-dearing-patterns/). You linked to the website where folks can download the pattern themselves. You didn't post the actual pattern. So you're OK. Foxfold and John B 1 1 Quote
