OCtoolguy Posted June 14, 2019 Report Posted June 14, 2019 (edited) Check this one out. If I had room, I'd pursue it. After looking at the serial number and checking it on Bushton's site, it has the Fasco motor that was a problem. Not saying this one has that problem but something to think about. https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/tls/d/hesperia-rbi-scroll-saw-the-hawk/6910617742.html Edited June 14, 2019 by octoolguy jbrowning 1 Quote

OCtoolguy Posted June 15, 2019 Author Report Posted June 15, 2019 Price reduced. This is a really good deal even if the motor has problems. https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/tls/d/hesperia-rbi-scroll-saw-the-hawk/6910617742.html kmmcrafts 1 Quote
kmmcrafts Posted June 15, 2019 Report Posted June 15, 2019 Yeah, even if the motor had problems, LOL... That's how I bought my first Hawk $100 and I figured it'd give me a little taste of what the the Hawks are all about.. even if I had to put a $300 motor upgrade on it.. So far I don't have any issues other than if I change the speed while the saw is running.. it gets jumpy if I mess with the VS dial.. so it maybe going bad.. I got my money worth from it though. made about $5000 worth of inventory with it before getting the 226 Ultra. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
