oldhudson Posted April 5, 2021 Report Posted April 5, 2021 I have a supply question. Someone came to me with a clock they bought and that's quit working. It's is from Schlabaugh & Sons. It's a back mount clock 3.125" dia (78mm) by 1.1875 deep. Schlabaugh & Sons lists the unit on their website but it's listed as SOLD OUT. They thought I could help them find a replacement insert. I've not had any luck so I thought I'd throw it out here. Thanks for reading. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
kmmcrafts Posted April 5, 2021 Report Posted April 5, 2021 Back mount clocks aren't really all that common anymore.. I've never used one so I don't know much about them.. I try to make items from very common sizes etc. so I don't run into a situation as this should a clock fail.. I searched my sources and couldn't find anything really.. The one source I just thought of.. you might try www.clockparts.com I have a lot of sizes I offer now but at some point I need to go through what I actually do have. I ordered a huge order of inserts at the beginning of the year.. I probably have something in the right size but I don't have anything that mounts from the back.. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
kmmcrafts Posted April 5, 2021 Report Posted April 5, 2021 I just looked... This says it's a 3-1/8 mount hole.. I think this should work.. https://www.clockparts.com/3-1-16-back-mounted-fit-ups-without-alarm/ oldhudson and OCtoolguy 1 1 Quote
