been doing scrollsaw work now for over 38 years,

when i started out there was no online services in my area,infact internet was hardly invented,

anyway i started out ,and got anything i needed from a firm in london,and continued too deal with them for many years ,until i finaly mastered my computer,

lately i was lookiing for a particular pattern i could only find it at this company so i ordered it from them,this week i got a letter in the post stating that because i purchased a item from a company outside the EU i had to pay a bit exta on my item for customs charge,first time in 38 years did i ever see this,thanks BORIS JOHNSON

I think its safe too say i wont be dealing with them again,not their fault....

well i promised i wouldnt but shortly after writing i did

i ordered a pattern from a rocking horse company located in the uk

i had it ordered befor i even realised it...oh well

I also ordered a pattern from the Rocking Horse as few months ago. I did not have to pay  a customs charge. Hope you won’t either.
