Farmhouse Queen Headboard is ready for some sanding & stain (Golden Pecan).....ran all boards through the planner to give a more smooth finish to eliminate a lot of sanding.....took my time at HD picking the boards out this morning. It's quite heavy, I'm pleased so far. it's not for me, it's for a friend that asked me to build it for them....have right at $65 in it. Gonna try a beeswax & orange oil for sealing it.....have never done a beeswax finish before.

I was wondering if this was Howard's Feed 'n Wax or another product? I've used Howard's several times but only after it been coated with a hard top coat like varnish or shellac.
