NATO ACT Logo pattern request

First time requesting a pattern.  This one is beyond me.  I am trying to get a vector image from repro it's been a bit elusive.  Is this logo doable for a pattern request? If the meridian and parallel lines cause an issue feel free to not include them. I plan on making gifts for officers who are rotating out of SACT HQ.

Richard, I recently customized a military plaque for a friend’s SIL that retired from the CGSC at Ft Leavenworth.  Instead of the usual Army emblem in the center I printed the CGSC emblem to the same size and glued it in. Then added "US Army", his years of service, and name in the middle ring. Just an idea.

If this was going to be a one-off, then that might work.  Getting the emblem in scale I am not sure right now.  Thanks for the suggestion.

I would suggest segmentation, but I am not sure how you would do the land masses on the globe, other than decal or paint. The blacks lines would also be a real challenge except for burn, paint or decal.  How big to you plan to make it?
