This Can't Be Real Can It.. Hawk G4 $140

Just seen this on Marketplace.. The G4 is right up there with the current saw they make.. mostly the same thing as the new saw.. and considered the Cadillac of their saws.. I have a hard time believing it's still there after being listed for 4 weeks.. BUT, you never know I guess.

Maybe it doesn't run?   All broken down so you could not test it.  Something strange here.

Even if you had to pay double to get it shipped it would still be great deal. If it runs. It sure is clean. I'd have to take a chance on it if it wasn't so far away. I wonder what something like that would cost to go by truck across country.

Use to be able to ship large items via Greyhound bus lines really cheap so long as you could wait until there was a spot on the bus that would be traveling near the locations.. don't know if they still do that or not.. Fastenal company also ships cheap.. about 10 years ago I had something shipped similar size and weight via greyhound from miami fl to my nearest greyhound here in michigan and it cost me $40.. the seller would have to be willing to take it to their nearest greyhound or fastenal company and you'd have to pick up at your nearest one

I wrote to the seller and asked him if he'd consider crating and shipping it if I compensated him for his time and trouble. I also asked if it would possible to video it running. I haven't heard back yet. I sorta hope he accepts.

Well, I did hear back from the seller and he said "local pickup" for now but if it doesn't sell, he may consider shipping it. We shall see.
