Looking for scroll saw in Austin TX

I have been using an old AMT scroll saw but just not happy with it.  If anyone in the Austin area is selling a descent saw, please let me know.  I see a few Hawks for sale in the Dallas area but too far a drive for me.

I joined Facebook recently just to have access to more saw stuff and the market place.  Much more on facebookmarket place than craigslist in my area anymore.

Yes, Marketplace is now the "go-to" place to find what you are looking for. Do you have a particular brand/model in mind? I'm not familiar with what you have now so I can't compare the mechanism type. What is your budget? You have come to the right place to get a lot of help.

Problem with Texas is you can drive 100 miles and still be in Austin TX, LOL.. I go through Austin when we go visit family in Nixon and San Antonio. 

I don't know much about these saws other than they're a lot like the DeWalt. I don't think $180 is a bad price either. There is also 2 RBI Hawks 226VS for $500 for the pair, but they both seem to be missing the tension mechanism at the back part of the saw. I would think you could buy these and get the parts from Bushton MFG. to get both up and running, Then you could sell one of them for the price you paid for both and you end up with a free saw, LOL Though I'm not sure where Leander Tx is in relation to Austin.. But the $180 Delta says it's in Austin

I found a Hawk via the Houston area marketplace.  But it is in League City, still quite a drive for you.
