I've been on a pickling spree lately.....here's my latest....enjoy

Pickled Brussel sprouts ......3 pint jars/lids
1-1/2lbs Brussel sprouts (trimmed & halved)
3 cloves of garlic (divided)
3 tsp mustard seeds (divided)
3 tsp black peppercorns (divided)
3 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes (divided)

Brine
3 cups apple cider vinegar
2 cups water
3 tbls of canning/pickling salt
