amazingkevin Posted May 15, 2013 Report Posted May 15, 2013 I thought i'd do my self a favor and stock up on blades but it worked against me.I tryed to order equal amounts of blades from 2/0 to #12. What they sent me was #5 #7 #9 AND #12. A gross of each totaling allmost $120.00,which was all I had.I asked for all sizes three times. Why they sent what they did i'll never know as they said it's a done deal.JESUS would'nt do that!i would'nt sell something you didnt want.NOW i can't do puzzles,keychains small crosses ,thin wood 1/8"-3/16"1/4".this put me at up against a wall now.MAYBE they were haveing a bad day.I'VE allways got excellant service from them ,but they would'nt listen to reason and there a scroller themself. If I pay for a product or service and the company doesn't deliver, I figure it was a misunderstanding or someone was having a bad day. If they don't fix the issue I usually as to speak to someone who can help. This gets the job done most of the time. Quote
