    So how's the home brewed beer doing ,strong as German beer? and how do you make it strong or should i google it?

      Travis

      I don't brew too much anymore.  But when you're fermenting, you need extra sugars in the malt to convert to alcohol.  But you can only get so strong before the alcohol kills the yeast.
