Well this was what I was up to last week. They were birthday gifts for 7 year old twins. The girl chose the giraffe pattern maker unknown, I have the pattern for years but they did not put their name on it. And the boy chose the tiger by Charles Dearing from his Wildlife book. Hope you like them Marg

Keep an old blade handy to push through the hole, easy way of finding the hole you are about to thread the blade into. Marg

If you are working on a difficult piece start with the hardest part because if it breaks beyond repair you have not been cutting for hours before it breaks. Marg

When finishing, if doing it for the first time, do it on a piece of scrap that way if it does not work out to well you have not ruined the piece you have just worked so hard on. Marg

What a brilliant idea Katie. I know a family that would love to decorate some of these and no not mine. Because glue, glitter, kids and me DO NOT GO TOGETHER WELL. I used to be a primary school cleaner so my days of cleaning up glitter are well and truly gone. Thanks Katie. Marg
