Travis, yes, the name plaque is of spalted maple. just a 'scrap' project.

My first piece which is from Scrollsaw Workshop magazine from several years back.. Jumped right in on this one... I didn't realize just how intricate it was until my shop mentor/partner said 'I don't know why you tried that one first... I'd have done one less complex'. It was fun! Another of my projects, was a name block, in this case my computer sign on Bulke
