    Can Gimp be down loaded from a computer that is hooked up to the internet after its been burned to a CD, and be downloaded onto a computer not on the internet and still be used. I use my computer in my garage that is not on the internet and want to down load GIMP on it and use it to make scrollsaw potrait patterns
