  1. I've been working on it alittle more today before I go into work with the example provided. Here is what I have done so far. I believe that this looks to be cuttable now. But I will leave that to you experts out there. Anything I could do to improve this? All feedback is greatly appreciated!!
  2. Very nice indeed. Great job! Jimmy
  3. Very nice....Great job!
  4. Ok that makes sense. Yeah, basically what I did was ran it through the photocopy filter. I was looking at other options, but this one seemed to work best for me because I was able to get the most detail out of it without having to freehand a lot of detail on my own. I will work on it again with the example you provided. Thanks again, appreciate it!!
  5. Thanks everyone for the nice comments, I do appreciate them! I live in Grove City, have been here for about 3 years now. Glenn, the Elvis pattern was my first go at a portrait. Luckily I was able to get it to come out looking like him for the most part. I really enjoyed cutting it, thanks for the great pattern!
  6. 2nd post, woohoo! I'm really not that good yet at the whole pattern making process. My friend would like me to do one of her son Ben. I'm using photoshop and would like to know if the one I started looks cuttable and what I could do to improve it. Any help is greatly appreicated!!
  7. Hello Everyone, My name is Jimmy, I’m 23 and live in Ohio. I've been looking around this site for awhile trying to learn as much as I can about this new GREAT hobby I stumbled into. I just started out about a month ago and am absolutely hooked!! Anyways, instead of hiding in the dark I thought it might be time to introduce myself and show you some things I have done.
