    Very nice! I just ordered a winter candle tray pattern today from Sheila Landry (the 1st time I'll be using her patterns) - was tempted to order the pumpkin tray but trying to actually make things instead of stockpiling patterns. : ) Question: I'm a new woodworker, don't know much about finishing...did you use a stain or paint on the pumpkins/leaves? I like the way the woodgrain shows thru. thx, Suzanne

    I just cut my 1st compound (a gift bow) last nite and it's tough to do! I can only imagine how much time (and strength!) it took for your compound. Looks quite intricate - and nice job with lining up the grain.
