  2. Hi All. I need some help with my skills with the patterns. I down loaded a BoBscroll pattern it is three coasters 23-8-2014. Now I am spending my time wading throw the help manuals to find out how I can split them up to print one at a time. I was trying to change it to a vector image, but have not found out how yet. I know there is a simple answer but I can't find it yet. Thanks Barbara
  3. Thanks. Hope we can help each other. My teacher was you tub all the Americans do a lot of scroll saw classes. Hope to see some of your work and your girl friends as well
  4. Scroll sawing does not seem as popular as it is where you are. I been picking it up and learning by listening to all of you guys. You tub has been a help but it is all from overseas. I get green with envy when I see what you all can get.
  5. Hope there are no school teachers as I see a few oopses with the grammar and spelling. NOT my best subject prefer scroll sawing.
  6. Hi I am Barbara from Pretoria South Africa I might be able to add some help centres. Have you asked Tools4Wood which works from the internet and based on the Easr Rand,Gauteng. The other option is to try ask for hep at a hardware store witch supply scrow saw stuff but we have all the import costs and exchange rantes. www.hardwarecentre.co.za I have cheap no name brand from some oriental country and it helped me start and find out if I enjoyed it. Money is our problem. PLEASE tel me how you did as I am also battling with the same problem.
  7. The tape must cover your hole image. You have 100% tape and I have been told to put a cheap board or ply wood under the one you want. I will watch to see what happens as I need to try again.

  11. I can only say for myself I have learnt so much since joining. I do not have many places to go without spending large amount of money to find answers. I have found hear lots of friends and help. ENJOY!!!!!!!

  15. I can't aford to buy a pattern as the exchange rate makes it crazy. So I say thank you to all the people who are kind enough to give there patterns for me and other who also have the same problem. Barbara
  16. WOW what a lovely job and so diffrent as a design. I just wonder wether he will go fishing with it as it looks to good for that or have I upset the fishermen.

  23. Thanks to all the people who put there patterns out there. I really cant buy patterns and am still learning so much and the S.S.V. has been a big help. Sue Mey, Sheila Landry,Steve Good and all the other people I have got patterns. I am sorry if I missed you as I am learning the rules as I go along. This is my bits I have been trying to do. I have a low end or cheap scroll saw. BUT I LOVE IT Barbara
