Bottom feeder feeds up through the bottom into the top clamp. Top feeder goes down through. I was never coordinated enough to go down through, like you say, I end up with bent blades that break. I have had some times, big pieces with tiny hole to feed through, I take the blade out from the saw feed it through the hole in the wood them feed it down through the table top hole, while in the wood and connect it to both clamps. Very rare but the closest I have come to successful top feeding.

I purchased some Weld Bond to try and I really like it. It is tacker when first applied so things do move around as much as I experience with Titebond. Says it sticked toalmost anything, I have used it on lacquered wood and with felt and have had no problem so far. Dries clear.

It is my main finish for everything.. I get it from my local Home Depot. But I under stand it is not available in all of the U.S,. for some reason, well I understand why it is not available in California, but I am not sure Cali is still part of the US.. Sorry @OCtoolguy ! but truth is truth... I worry that I may lose access to it so when available I purchase as many cans as I can afford at the time. It is a great product. The can you show is what I buy, and I use simi-gloss the most. If it is legal I would purchase some and send it to you at your expense, of coarse, if it is not legal, I would try to send it to you anyway.. I care not care about state's stupid laws anymore. There are so many it is hard to breathe anymore. So either fight your states stupid laws or, go "breaking bad" like me and live on the edge! I am 79 what does it matter. Just having fun,, but really what doe it matter. Come and get me.. I an armed and some what dangerous! 😉

Great cutting and good suggestions given. For future cuts you could leave more of a border around it. Gives more options for framing or attaching hangers. For what you have, a backer a little larger than the picture, out of 1/8" or 1/4" stock, would help make the picture stand out and easier to hang. I would give it about a 1" border all the way around. I also like the suggestions of trying different color for flag area, the cross and filler... Lots of possibilities... Glad I don't have to decide,, my imagination is very lacking....
You really did a nice job on this...
