Hi, im Jim, I am a scrollaholic. I have a Dewalt 788 saw, and belong to Dfw scrollers in Dallas. Been a scroller for bout the 2nd yr. Im retired and have more projects lined up than I have time. I like making toys and puzzles, most of which are given away, but occasionally I sell a project or two to raise operating money. Uncle sam doesnt leave much to retire on. Ive become addicted to cutting, a hoarder of wood(I dont throw away scrap until its too small to cut) This doesnt lv much room in a 10 x 12 shop crammed w/drill press, 14"band saw, scroll saw, combo sander. Been retired for since 2002 and still not done with honey doo's and being 73 I get really cranky when I spend too much time away from my shop. A minute away from my shop is a minute too much. Joined the scroller club to learn to scroll and to be able to ask for help with solving problems and hopefully share what I learn with others. Other hobbies inc nature photography, art design, calligraphy, cad. Too many interests......soooo little time. And the body cooperates less & less every day .lol Anybody know of medicine for Dewalt fever??lol
