In the near future will see how this all works out, and we get Iggys review, the good part is that Scott from Buston has joined in the conversation, RJ
Boy you are a cutting fool, LoL. Its going to be a hot one tommarrow, take plenty of liquids. Any word when your replacement saw is coming, this has everyone interested, RJ
Tony,
i was born and raised in the far ne, busleton secton, all woods, farm land, and penny pack creek. Of course that was back in 1950, different in there now. Now in Texas it gets hot, but now snow and ice, RJ
Has any word been made of when Iggy is getting the new saw, I see that Scott has joined the forum now I hope it is for the good of all concerned, this is a hot topic now, RJ
Thx for the info on the warranties, I guess you don't know what you have until you need it and go get it fixed, I have a new jet saw, it says 5 year warranty but what exactly is covered I don't know, let's hope I won't need to use it, actually we are becoming a throw away society, well looking forward to see how iggy makes out, RJ
Hope all goes well wth the new saw, it will all work out and in a month you will happy sawing away, I also noticed that the warranty on the hawk is 1year, but the Hegner has a 7 year warranty, RJ
Sorry to hear of your problems with the saw, well let's see what happens with the new one. I am no expert in saws but to me that sounds like a cop out it happened in shipping, ok I will keep my fingers crossed for the new one, there is always the hegner saw, RJ
Thx Wayne, anyone building with hand tools has always made me envy of that beautiful work you are doing. I use to live in Pa on the east coast outside Philadelphia, thx RJ
Wayne,
you said you also make furniture by hand, I would really be interested in seeing some pictures if you have any. I too have made some pices but just for our own house, and also used power tools, RJ
