that dosnt sound good, but i also feel that the delta saw will not hold up to using it daily, some one else will be able to help you with your repairs, RJ
I have a jet saw and when I put a blade in the bottom clamp I always pull it up a little to make sure I hit that top clamp correctly, I think this would be a good idea, RJ
Talking about Craftsman, I just read that Stanley / Black n Decker is buying the craftsman name and will control their tool line, now it will really be krap, RJ

Has anyone used their scroll saw to make box joints, i am making some small boxes for puzzles to give as gifts. I thought that would be nice idea for keeping the puzzles in. I think the hardest part would be marking them out, thx RJ

Thx for all the good advise, I know what to use and cut down the number of pieces in the puzzles. I know a lot of you cut without a pattern, I am not that good at it yet, and I am using the patterns, Steve good patterns. Is there a site where I can generate a puzzle pattern by the number of pieces and size, thx again, RJ

I am cutting a photo puzzle, 5 x7, 140 pieces, yes I know I must be nuts, the puzzle pieces are small and I am using 1/4 inch poplar, finding some of the small areas are weak, what wood should I be using, I want these to last, thx RJ
