  1. These look great and congratulations on sales at fair. What do you charge for these at the fair. I am thinking about ordering some patterns.
  2. That is so cool. If you're going to sale patterns for this. I am interested.
  3. Thank you very much for all the kind words.
  4. This is a refrigerator magnet I made. The lettering is Steve Good pattern. I reduced the size of the lettering and put a heart behind it, and put magnet on back.
  5. The one thing that happens to me is the blade comes lose when cutting wood and losses blade tension.
  6. Great work, Where did you get the pattern.
  7. These look great. how did you not burn the out side. I use 1/2 Baltic birch and use blue tape on both sides and the out sides burn using fd ur no 5. If I use fd ur no 3 it does not burn. I have not tryed slowing down the speed yet. I am using the Excalibur.
  8. I have a ps wood machine, The blade clamps on top are no good they wear out fast. They are metal squares with a screw going threw them. The blade slips all the time. You have to move the belts by hand to change speed, there is top and bottom pulleys. For fret work this machine is cumbersome. The tension rod on back comes lose all the time it does not stay on center, the barrels wear out and you have to buy more. There is a lot of vibration, and a little noisy. I had this machine for a some time, I played around with it and did not use it for awhile, then retired and used it more and more. I bought Excalibur 21 it like day and night.
  9. What is the best bracket if any to use on the back of these signs to hang them. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
  10. I have a old ps wood machine, the belts are hard on your fingers to change speeds. Its a little ruff running saw. The top blade clamp will not hold the blade tight it slips all the time. I ordered a new top clamp, after an hour of use the blade started to slip. The little square that the screw goes through is not tight with the clamp at the top and moves. Ordered more little square for the clamp and did the same thing. I changed bearing and sleeves and the barrels on the back of the machine. Did not help anything. And most important of all could not get the blade to run straight up and down. It has an aggressive cut to it. And breaks blades all the time. I bought a Ex Excalibur and have not had any trouble so far, its a year old. Good luck
  11. Great job sounds like all that hard work paid off. I was wondering where you got the pattern for the mini bird houses that are not 3d compound cuts.
  12. I bought my Ex 21 after I emailed you and asked for you opion on it. It is one great machine. As they say THE PERSON WHO DIES WITH THE MOST TOYS WINS.
