  1. Welcome aboard Hope you enjoy. Larry
  2. Hello, Is it ok to use WD-40 to lube your saw? Just trying to make things work with what I have on hand. Thanks in advance for your help. Larry
  3. Red goes with the inlay. Very nice work.
  4. If I pay $2.50 for a 1/4x12x12 piece of Baltic birch plywood does that really add up to $10.00 bucks a board foot.?
  5. Duh Sounds so easy. Thanks for the help.
  6. Having memory issues since having chemo sometime ago. Anyway took my box fan filter off and cleaned everything. Now I can't remember which side the new filter goes on. Have search internet but guess I'm making it to complicated. Would really appreciate your help to the simple question of Which side does the filter go on? Thanks
  7. It has been a while since I have posted on here. Have been lurking I guess and see a lot of names I recognize. Been dealing with cancer surgery, chemo, radiation and all the other @#$ that goes with it. Have ordered some wood so when it gets here I hope to fire up the old hegner and do something. Larry
  8. Glad things are doing well for you
  9. Very Nice Thanks for sharing
  10. If you really do a lot of the fretwork you may want to reconsider the Hegner. I have that same saw and absolutely love it.but having said that I do not do fretwork. The Hegner is a solid saw with plenty of support from the advanced machinery company. You can check out their web site. I paid 500 for my saw about 2 years ago and it was a 1995 model. Hope this info helps. Have fun Larry
