  1. My problem is not that it occasionally locks up, it is almost every time I stop. It use to do it once in a while. I know it is common for all motors of this type to do it on occasion, but mine has gotten a lot worse.
  2. Thanks for all the input. Had to go out of town for a few days on family emergence. Just got back home. Will check lubrication and see if that helps. If not, guess new motor may be next option. Thanks again, Troy
  3. Howdy folks, New member here and looking for some help. When I stop sawing with my Dewalt and go to raise the arm, most of the time it will not raise up. I can turn on motor for a second or two and then turn it back off, then the arm will raise with no problem. It has always done this occasionally, but now it does it almost all of the time. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your input Troy
