I use a program called Create It and can be found by going to craftingtech.online. It is not a free program, but what you make on your first pattern/portrait it will or could pay for a full year of use. I do portraits of people and works great. I used to spend 10-20 hours making a portrait of a person now normally in less than an hour depending on how much detail the customer wants. It will also check for fallouts. Here are a couple of pictures that I made for some fellow scrollers on another site.
