  1. dgman: I just re-did my Pattern using Blue Painters Tape and the 3m77 and Burnished it down to the tap and it worked great! I did have a few area's where I had to use my knife to get the tape off but not very many places. If that's all I have in the future I will continue to use it. Thanks for the Advice.
  2. DGMAN: I tried using the packing tape over the Pattern but did not like the results, the glare off the tape was giving me fits trying to stay in the line, also it seemed to gum up on top of my project and my blade. Also the Pattern lifted up with the tape anyway. I purchased the 3m77 and I will give it a try. I may also try the blue Tape. Thanks everyone for the Advise.
  3. Hi Everyone. I am new to the world of Scroll Sawing but have been doing woodwork for about 10 yrs. I have been glueing my Patterns directly to the wood surface but have had trouble with the pattern coming loose during the cutting process. I have just purchased 3M 77 and am going to give it try to see if it holds better. I just want to know how many of you use a substrait under your Patterns and what you use. Any help would be appreciated. Wood Artist.
