    Thank you for the reply. I think your idea is great and i will give it a try. I typically use a script type font that's lowercase. Just had my first request for a name with an i. Here is the font that i have been using.

    Hello everyone. Anyone have any tips or suggestions about making a name sign with a lowercase i using script font? I have thought maybe overlapping the dot so it is narrowly connected but wasn't sure if anyone had experience or any tips. Thanks.
