The saw itself is amazing. Its the quietest scroll saw i've seen or used and its quite powerful. The easy blade change and the ability to tilt the head (and not the table) has been super convenient. I'm yet to try out the dust collection capability but its not something i had earlier on my DW788, so thats a plus. I had a rough start with it, with a couple of parts giving way early on. The company worked with me and helped me resolve the issue. The support team is based here in Ohio and I was able to take my saw in, get it looked and get my issue fixed.
