    I’ve had my Ex 21 for couple years and hate it! Every 10 seconds, no matter what I do, I have to stop as the blades either get stretched(?) or loosen up and the cut is bowed. I’ve changed the blade clamps and the thumb screws but nothing works. I’ve researched it as much as I can, re-read the manuals, changed blades….. Anyone else have this problem?

    Hey waited 10 years to buy an Excalibur 21 inch machine AND I HATE IT!! The blades slip, break, bow, and need constant adjusting. I’ve rtt Er placed the blade tension lever, thumbscrews, and it’s terrible. 10 seconds and the blades are loose like their made of rubber! I’ve tried everything and memorized the manual. What’s wrong? I’m a very experienced woodworking guy.
