I have drawn the BOX around the entire pattern & it still comes in pieces. I've never tried to bring PART of the pattern to the work area. When it does not come over in a complete format it is very difficult to line up the pieces. Also UNION does nothing. As much as I like the patterns & would really like to order the other sets, if this is normal, they are pretty much useless to me. I'm not the best with computers but usually I can figure it out after a while. Not this time. Guess you could say I'm not a very happy camper right now. Will try downloading them again as a last result.

Well, I may have spoken too soon. I made a batch of ornaments for the family but when I go back to create another batch, the originals will not duplicate to move the entire pattern to the work sheet. It come in pieces...example, the dove comes over without the name area, then the name comes over without the surrounding bracket making it impossible to piece together. Also the UNION will not join anything on my computer. What am I doing wrong? This is happening on at least 4 of the 8 patterns I have so it's not associated with just 1 set. Thanks for any help.

I know it takes us old folks a long time to figure things out but I'll be ordering some of the past years as well, Know I'll get a lot of custom requests when I start to show this. January is not too early for next Christmas in my book. Thanks a million.

I'm new to this site & have just ordered the 2023 business kit. I have downloaded it & when I open it there is a page with a logo in the upper left corner that the name & other information can be changed by no patterns. It was my understanding this came with patterns we could import into Inkscape to fill in the names to personalize. The pricing pages are all there also. Again only the patterns are missing. Is it something I'm doing wrong? I'm not computer savvy & to say the least at 72 years of age computers get harder & harder to figure out. Please advise. Thanks.
