Two Truths & A Lie:

  1. This weekend I set up my second saw (delta two speed with quick clamp) at the Farmers Market. Set up and take down was less than five minutes each. The customers seemed to enjoy the demo, not a huge draw but did get some to come over and look. I put the saw and accessory's in the trunk and the workbench in the front seat of my Impala. One younger gentleman (early twenties) watched for awhile. He had just gotten a saw and wanted to watch how I was doing things. There is a vendor that I have had issues with over the years, she has recently been diagnosed with colon cancer. Several week ago she came by and offered me a scrollsaw pattern book. I accepted and she got the book to me this week, I already have that book but didn't want to offend her. I gifted the book to the young man so he can have some good patterns (Patrick Spielman's "Southwest Patterns") If he comes by again I'll offer him my second copy of Spielman's "Scrollsaw Handbook".
  2. Been busy lately shows every month here's a couple of pics of my table from yesterday and it was a good day.
