  1. Roly Not so much as you would think as you run the saw very slow and it doesn't make much dust. Homer & Carol
  2. Thanks everyone for the kind words. I talked to the guy at the floor store before we cut the tiles and he said there should be no problem. He also ask the rep from one of his suppliers. The tiles are easy to cut as they are only abt. 1/8" thick. We used a #7 skip tooth blade and ran the saw very slow. The tile is plastic and will melt if you run the saw to fast. We have a small rotary tool that runs on low voltage dc, from a charger. It is slower and does not throw a lot of dust around. You can also remove small areas by pulling it past the scroll saw blade, from the back to the front. We also do this when using 3/4" thick wood. Homer & Carol
  3. We have a very good friend that was redoing some of his office space and was redoing the floors. He had some pieces left and ask if we could do anything with them. We are posting them here to ask what you thing of them. We did go to a floor covering store and pick up a few different colors to add to some of the pictures. We glued the finished picture to black foam board and then mounted them in a frame. Hope you like them. Homer & Carol
