On June 2, 1953 Queen Elizabeth II of Britain was crowned in Westminster.

To honor her on her anniversary we are having her usual breakfast served.

Cornflakes or Special K, with a spoonful or two of apricots, prunes or some macadamia nuts.

If you would rather, there is Ham N' Eggs  in the kitchen. With tea and coffee.

I Hope I am right on this...

Anyway, I'm having a cup of coffee.

Enjoy...

Hi Larry. It is 9.32pm here so I think I will skip breakfast and the coffee thanks. Had a bit of a scare yesterday (Sunday), my daughter had to ring an ambulance for me, my glucose level dropped to 2.6 and over an hour dropped to 1.5. Took the ambulance guys forever to get it to a reasonable level of 4.8. I was pumped with that much sweetstuff I felt sick. I was within a wisker of being taken to hospital thankfully I came good. Been in a bit of a fog all day today but thankfully I am still in the land of the living to talk about it. Oh and by the way our dinner of lamb with tomatoes, garlic and thyme was beautiful pity it didn't do its job and increase my glucose level.

Take care and have a great day.

Hi Larry, a Royal breakfast of cornflakes, special K, apricots,  prunes and some nuts?? You wouldn't give that to your HORSES.

Naaaah, I'll have the ham 'n' eggs and a coffee with you. I was 8 years old in 1953. Doesn't seem that long ago. ;)  ;)   .
