Travis Posted January 22, 2009 Report Share Posted January 22, 2009 I changed the name of the buy/sell forum from "Swap Meet" to "Hot Deals." I did this for a number of reasons. One being that many folks outside the US don't know what a swap meet is. I also wanted to include great deals that you've come across, classified ads, commercial announcements, and press releases. I love finding new products, supplies and patterns. Hopefully you'll find it useful too. I also added forum rules to Hot Deals. As we all know, there is a fine line between informative posts and spam. I wanted to make sure everybody is on the same page so it doesn't get abused. But don't let the rules discourage you from posting. If you use a little common sense in tone of the post, you'll be just fine. Enjoy the new forum!
