Rob Roy Posted September 25, 2014 Report Posted September 25, 2014 Goodness gracious Marg, You're getting as bad as Marg 2. Can't get away for a long weekend but you're chasing me up . By way of explanation, as you know, we had our Referendum on Thursday 18th September, and as you will also know by now it was a NO vote to separate from England. So what do we do?. We finish up in ENGLAND. That could have been awkward!!!!. It was our 45th wedding anniversary on the 20th. We were invited, (all expenses paid of course) , by Marg 2's cousin in Brighton and we had a great time, we even had HAGGIS and some wee JW's. Very enjoyable and the weather was good. I just left Scott to work on the 4x4. Unfortunately he discovered a couple of cracks in the cylinder head so no 4x4, it has gone to 4x4 Heaven and I hope it has as much fun up there as we had with it down here. Marg 2 says it's time for something more fitting for a couple of old farts. Ho Ho, she's in for a shock. Right Marg, are you quite happy with that explanation???. I'm still on the right side of the grass!!!!. Take care Marg and thank you for your concern. . Rob Roy. Wilson's Woodworking 1 Quote

Wilson's Woodworking Posted September 25, 2014 Report Posted September 25, 2014 Kevin, it is the wrong time of year for the bump. Better start brushing up on the monster mash. Good to hear that all is alright Rob Roy. Sorry to hear about your 4X4 that would be a sad day indeed to lose an old friend like that. Maybe you should run out and get a dirt bike so you can start practicing your superman jumps. Rob Roy 1 Quote

Takes me all my time to stay on two feet, never mind two wheels, and that's WITHOUT the wee JW's. Nice to dream is it not. . The old 4x4 was 22 years old, so I think I got my money's worth from her.
