  4. When I seen the title I thought it was a joke but nope That is still Rolly just look at the size of the feet.
  5. Wow!!!!!!!!!!! Looking at the pictures I figured it was around 20" tall. Great work as usual.
  6. WOW I would hate to cut stainless with a scroll saw! That stuff is tough to machine without the proper feeds and speeds. Great Job Marge!!!!!
  7. It is a good saw that you can still buy parts for. However it is only worth $200 to $250 at the most. I bought one a couple of years ago for $150 then had to put new bellows on it and purchased the quick change blade holder for the top and a couple extra blade holders for the bottom. It was a good saw and I made quite a few projects with it including fret work and intarsia before I traded it off.
  8. I just purchased some 1/42" veneer. I wonder how well it would hold up for book marks?
  9. The clock is made out of red oak. The hand carved bowl is made of cherry and was hand carved by a friend of ours in Indiana.
  10. Here is a Steve good pattern I have had laying around cut for quite a while. Finally got it finished for my wife. As you can see it didn't take her long to set it a place of honor. That is right beside the hand carved cherry bowl that we received as a wedding present.
  11. Great job on those two Dick! I really like the frames as well. Seagulls, What seagulls? No pictures it didn't happen. ;)
  12. If you can find another piece please post a picture of the bark. As Larry said that will be much easier to identify.
  13. I am looking forward to seeing in proses pictures.
  14. Great pattern and a wonderful job of cutting. That selection of wood really makes the whole project. I love the beauty marks and the way they worked into the picture.
  15. Great job on that one. My Uncle would love it. I keep teasing him that I have two favorite teams, The Twins and anyone who is playing the Yankees. Lol
  16. Your wife has pretty good taste. I love the pattern and you did a great job on cutting. I am sure they will cherish it for many years.

  20. Ike Did you burn your couch last night? I thought I saw you on the news. Lol Meadow Grove, Nebraska. Just a short drive over the Rockies.
  21. Welcome Branden! Heck half of these people even spell your name right. There are a few to watch out for but I see they are already showing you who they are. Check out Paul's (Grandpa) patterns. He has some great ones! Oh and don't be giving Doug any of my secrets. He picks on me enough already. And keep and eye on Amazing Kevin, The man NEVER sleeps. He just scrolls around the clock.
  22. :o HOLY COW :o Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  23. Ok tears dried so now I can comment. What a fitting tribute to a tough old lovable cowboy. It is a way of life that is slowly disappearing in this old world and will be missed by the few that remember it. You did a wonderful job of bringing this project together and cutting it. His family will treasure it and have warm happy memories as they look at it. Thank You for sharing this project and a story about a wonderful gentleman.
  24. I could only Like this once but would have used up all my likes on this one project if possible! This turned out fantastic!!!! The only thing I couldn't find is the cribbage hole pattern around it. I agree with Kevin. A picture frame type of frame for this one would really set it off. Great job buddy!
  25. That is the tool storage unit that I want to build for the wall behind my lathe. I would store my chisels in the door and all the other handy little gadgets in the rest of it. :D The swing out part is for face plates and chucks and the like.
