 You should engrave on the bottom of the cradle your name, The name of the baby, the date and the relationship. That way future generations will know. Beautiful Job!!!!
this is a pattern by bigdogskitten11. I fell in love with this pattern when I seen it and had to cut it right away. It is one of the hardest fret work pattern I've done but was an absolute joy to cut.
Top feeder now. Before I had always bottom fed with my Hegner and Dremel but with the cam action clamps on my Delta P20 it made it easy to top load. I be lovin it. :D
I totally agree with Dan here I was a bottom feeder for years with my Dremel and the Hegner but with the Delta P20 I have seen the light.
What are you talking about? The shirt should ALWAYS go on before the pants do.
Now you need to give the Vikings fan the Seahawks emblem and vice versa.
They look Great but we are used to seeing fantastic work from you. They always look like professional work. I would proudly display them (if I were a fan).
I don't know why but I can also see the picture now but couldn't see it before. I know I was logged in before.
You might look and see if you can find some Iron wood for the knuckles. If they can make bushings out of it they may work well for this purpose. The stuff is darn hard to cut though.
My son in-law was telling my daughter she should buy him a vette for Christmas. I should cut one of these and sell it to her for a penny so she could tell him she bought him a vette.
Great Job on this one as usual. We are always glad to see the art you have made.
Great job on a wonderful pattern! I was trying to cut with #3 FD spirals on 3 layers of 6mm plywood last night and they were snapping in the middle after just a few minutes of cutting. I plan on using up the last 10 blades that I have and NEVER getting any more. I could use a #3 FD-UR blade 4X longer and have to replace it because it is dull instead of broken.
If they work for you fantastic they are just not for me. You seem to be doing a GREAT JOB with them and therefore I commend you. Thanks for sharing this piece of art. It looks fantastic.
Well you found the golden nugget as far as scroll sawing forums go. Come on in and make yourself comfortable. Grab a cup of Joe and take a good long look around. I would bet you will find something to keep you busy for a while in the pattern gallery. Just make sure you post some pictures of your work so we can all enjoy them. I know I would love to see pictures of the whirly gigs in process or completed.
Welcome to the village and hope you join in the fun.
I have been using the 120 and the 220 grit for a little over a year. It holds up great and does a fantastic job. I didn't know it came in a 600 grit. I will have to ask about it next time I go into Menards.
What a beautiful back yard! Love the pond, the light houses, the blue bird houses and the whirly gig!
I bet there are many enjoyable hours spent there.
`I would go with the the Hawk and offer him $350 to start. You can always meet in the middle at $400 and you will both be happy as you take the lady home.
What a fabulous collection of art! You have a knack for very detailed work. I love them all impossible for me to pick a favorite out of that group of magnificent cuttings. Thank you for sharing such beautiful work.
